the french markets

Amie is so lucky.

She can walk to this lovely outdoor market 

to buy all of her produce, cheese, eggs and milk.

oh, and lovely flowers, too!

all of the produce is grown locally

and most of it is organic.

I just love the little chalkboard signs...

so very charming.

oh that I could walk to a french market 

anytime that I needed some

delicious food.

after an 11 hour flight, we made it back to SLC

where a group of family members were waiting

to welcome Soeur Williams back home!

we spent the last few days of our trip

in Lyon with Amie, Roland & family.

it was so good to see them in their new 

French life! we savored every minute with them:)

then, our time was up...

we spent a lovely afternoon in blois, where i spent the last six months of my mission.

so beautiful and quaint and quiet.

we got to say hi to Soeur Didier too!
